With over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, which includes 5 years working closely with Lynda, Claudia’s expertise lies in her ability to source great candidates, build strong, loyal relationships and introduce them to great companies.

 

Claudia began her recruitment career within the property and construction industries, over recent years she has worked with high profile, corporate organisations primarily within the support staff space. By successfully sourcing and placing Personal and Executive Assistants, Secretaries, Administrators, Human Resources, Receptionists, Office and Project Managers together with Marketing, Telecoms, IT and Finance, she has built up a great reputation in her field.

 

Claudia’s tremendous expertise in this area ensures her candidates’ time is well utilised, she has an innate ability to match candidates to suitable roles, she thinks outside the box and is creative whilst remaining credible and professional. This skill set has seen her candidate base largely grown via referral and with many previously successfully placed candidates wishing to grow and enhance their careers.
