A global Consultancy are looking to recruit and experienced Client Project Manager to work with a multinational client and key stakeholders within their Business Advisory team

The role requires superb client relationship and reporting skills and a requirement to operate collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures. A strong influencer who will quickly add value to a high performing and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include

  • Being the key point of contact with the client-side project manager
  • Gaining a good understanding of the project and collating the necessary information required from the client at the point of initial contact
  • Work with the client to agree appropriate and realistic timescales for deliverables on each project, working closely with the team to ensure all project milestones are reached effectively and efficiently, including referencing, client debrief calls and candidate feedback meetings
  • Taking the lead on internal global resource allocation.
  • Optimise engagement communication, tailoring messages to unique stakeholders
  • Create standard client deliverables, such as Engagement Letters, report templates and regular cohort analysis documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Project Co-ordination/Project Management Experience gained within professional services
  • Ideally a PM qualification and degree education
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in order to work collaboratively across diverse working groups
  • Strong attention to detail and able to edit and enhance work done by both junior and senior colleagues
  • Actively asks the right questions to get projects off to a fast start
  • Cross-functional relationship building skills; and ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Self-motivation and the ability to independently drive key projects forward successfully with limited guidance; advanced level problem solving skills
  • Ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions to consultants and managers
  • Results-oriented appetite for business impact, drive, and influence; ability to anticipate needs
