EA (Private Equity) £45 – 48k

A prestigious and leading Private Equity firm are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support their MD as well as 2 Principals within the business. This is a high profile Executive Assistant role within the organisation and you will provide proactive and “hands on” support, understanding the executive’s specific areas of focus and priorities. In this ambassadorial role, you will become the face of the team and clients, so we require someone with gravitas  who can represent the brand whilst being the go-to person and develop strong relationships.

Duties will include:

Scheduling and coordinating international and domestic travel including flights, hotel and
ground transportation.
‐ Coordinating necessary visa and passport renewals.
‐ Proactively arranges executive’s appointment schedule by prompting on priorities and dealing
with continuous changes to schedules in different time zones.
‐ Arranging internal and external meetings, Video Conferences and calls.
‐ Booking internal meeting rooms and/or suitable external venues. Working with Reception
team to organise catering for internal meetings as required.
‐ Managing conference registrations and board attendance.
Administrative Responsibilities:
‐ Building excellent working relationships with the Executive’s regular contacts and their
assistants, particularly with Management at our Portfolio Companies.
‐ Ad hoc administrative support to visiting guests.
‐ Arranging and setting up audio and video conference calls. Liaising with technical contacts as
‐ Printing and binding documents.
‐ Preparing and submitting expenses.
‐ Entering contact details into CRM.
‐ Maintaining and populating Excel spreadsheets for Deal Team.
‐ Proof reading presentations / documents.
‐ Ad hoc support to the Admin Team / Office Manager

We are looking for an accomplished EA with 4 years’ experience, ideally gained within Private Equity or Finance Industry. First class written and verbal communication skills are essential  as well as someone happy to work in a boutique environment where team work and flexibility are key.
