This most unusual role would give an EA superb C-Suite exposure by supporting the Senior EA to the CEO and Leadership Team.
An ideal opportunity to gain experience and an understanding of the complexities of operating at that level
A fast moving Investment Bank are keen to recruit a great EA who will display discretion, confidence and a really flexible approach to work alongside the fantastically supportive EA
The role will be largely office based but they do offer some flexibility.
Duties will include:
Extensive and complex diary management<
Organising multi-party meetings and conference calls, across various time zones, handling schedule conflicts and last-minute changes
Ensuring ExCo are fully briefed and prepared for upcoming meetings with relevant documentation
Coordinating complex travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries
Preparing and submitting expenses and invoices in line with the company policy
Handling sensitive and confidential material and maintain discretion at all times
Professionally handling calls and ensuring full phone coverage as required
Regularly interacting with senior colleagues, external firms, board members, and other relevant stakeholders
Expertise Required:
Proven administrative and secretarial experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and adaptable approach to anticipate and respond to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner
Intermediate level MS Outlook skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills<
Ability to work with sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Able to build strong working relationships at all levels
