Working as an Assistant to the EA/ Office Manager you will be taught everything around the business and given excellent guidance- it’s all about the right attitude and aptitude to succeed and a genuine interest in photography and fashion.
As an Office Assistant, you will work out of the central London studio/office of this high-profile photography business, as well as from the private homes in Central London (and occasionally Cornwall home). Your duties will be broad ranging and you will be responsible for assisting in all areas of office support including all internal and external requests, via all communication channels, assisting in the smooth running of the office and being the point of contact for general office and administrative requests. You must be happy to turn your hand to anything.
You will also assist the Head of Operations with all travel arrangements, organising company events and parties as well as assisting the founder when on shoot. The role will involve personal work for the founder and his family including assistance with family events, personal diaries and household matters.

You will be given excellent support and development, but it does require a committed attitude, and often long hours, with flexibility to be on call/work weekends and evenings.
We are looking for a minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience gained within a creative industry and a genuine passion for photography or fashion.
