      An entrepreneurial and dynamic city law firm is looking for an Operations and Admin Manager to manage their Farringdon office – 60 in co, 40 of whom are partners

      Key Operations / Office Management / HR duties:

      • Managing the company’s support staff including Legal PA’ & receptionist (8 +/-)  so day to day HR lifecycle and Recruitment
      • Manage Front of House staff, sort rotas, ensure reception is running smoothly and arranging cover when required.
      • Manage small team of Legal Secs, ensure they are motivated, trained and appraised. Involvement in the wider support staff community as a mentor and ear
      • All HR  related issues for business as a whole – maternity, holidays, sickness etc
      • Managing all aspects of the office functions, implementing streamlined processes where appropriate, updating manual etc
      • Ensuring all insurances (PI etc) and accreditations are maintained – liaising with providers
      • Working with outsourced IT, handling local requirements and onboarding new starters
      • Managing office moves and ad-hoc projects alongside the Facilities team.
      • Working with accounts department on day to day matters
      • Leading partner’s meetings, owning the agenda and ensuring action points are delivered
      • Purchasing staff gifts and incentives
      • Involvement in all areas of recruitment alongside individual teams and recruiting partners.
      • Project management

      They are looking for a bright and versatile individual who has a strong yet sympathetic manner, will see the wider picture and be pragmatic and objective when resolving issues. Experience of project management, staff supervision and office services essential.

      9 – 5.30pm with flexibility

      25 days hols.
