  • A boutique executive search firm specialising in public and not-for-profit sectors is looking for a Project Assistant / Team Assistant to join their ever expanding team. Offering excellent scope for development and progression and a hybrid working model that offers a great work/life balance. Based in Central Leeds 2-3 times a week.

    The Project Assistant / Team Assistant works within a tight knit team to support the Executive Search team in the delivery of its most high profile executive search projects. You will assist the Project Co-ordinators with their campaigns, support the co-ordination of interviews, report packs, feedback calls and references.

    This Team Assistant role requires someone truly extraordinary; someone who is passionate about their work, open to new ideas and focused on delivering consistent, high quality results that enrich their business.

    Project Co-ordination & General Office Assistance

    ü Support Project Coordinators with all aspects of co-ordination, including:

    o Chasing client agreement forms

    o Set up roles to go live on websites

    o Supporting with elements of diary management and meeting schedules

    o Leading on pack production, ensuring quality is always checked by colleagues

    o Supporting with requesting and chasing of references

    ü Support with printing of CVs and applications as requested

    ü Support the office Manager

    ü Provide support for Interim Leadership team & Leadership & Talent Consulting teams

    ü Act as first point of contact for phones/switchboard.

    ü Support with CRM data input as required

    Must haves:

    ü Ability to communicate effectively with clarity, confidence and accuracy in writing and over the phone internally and externally.

    ü Understand the importance of successful administrative support in a dynamic business function.

    ü Experience and ability to develop administrative procedures and processes and being prepared to challenge if you spot something that could be improved.

    ü Good writing and message-taking skills and a robust understanding of online customer management systems portal.
