Temp Project Co-ordinator £18.00 ph

  • An innovative & dynamic management consultancy in Central London is looking for an EMEA  Project  Coordinator to work within their practice services team.

    Ideally looking for PMO/Project exp

    They are looking for someone with good Excel skills  (lots of analysis work) and good PowerPoint skills (as you will need to write slides and decks).

    Ideally someone with 2 years + experience within management consultancy / professional services / financial services.

    Start date ideally of 6th Nov ( CRB check dependent)

    This will be a temp role until the end of January 2020

    Hours 9-6pm

    Paying £13-19 per hour

    Skills/experience required:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or some work experience from a professional services environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (able to write slides and conduct simple analysis)
    • Comfortable working towards deadlines and ability to multitask
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international corporate environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the EMEA Management Office Associate with global and regional Social Impact and Community activities
    • Assist in developing materials and maintaining master files, including global project pipeline tracker, contact lists
    • Assist with reporting and analysis monthly; collate key metrics for SI projects globally and regionally for EMEA
    • Support the London Team and Community Committee with setting up events
    • Support the management of EMEA Senior Advisor new contract requests and renewals
    • Maintain EMEA master files
    • Support with preparing responses to , client due diligence questionnaires, client audits etc.
    • Assist in collation of data, reaching out to relevant functions as required
    • Support with submissions and follow-up for closure
    • Direct external business enquiries to relevant Practice and Market Leaders, and other company partners as required
    • Prepare the internal audit schedule and potentially provide support in the internal audit sessions with relevant functions
    • Coordinate with relevant functions to update master file
    • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
    • Assist the EMEA Management Office Associate, as required, with:
    • Preparing status reports for internal reporting, developing PowerPoint slides and working with Excel
    • Other ad-hoc projects, meetings and analysis as required
    • Monitor the EMEA Management office mailbox and deal with incoming ad-hoc requests as they arise
    • Provide cover for team members during vacation periods
