EA / Project Coordinator – London

Hours: 09:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a PA/Project Coordinator to provide top-level support to our directors and project teams, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and projects stay on track. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with talented architects on cutting-edge designs while growing your career in a dynamic, creative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide proactive PA support to Directors, managing diaries, emails, and timesheets.
• Coordinate client and project meetings, including room bookings, catering, AV/IT, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with project administration: contracts, RFI’s, Architect’s Instructions
• Maintain client and consultant contacts and manage project calendars.
• Support events, site visits, travel logistics, and team coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Provide general office support, reception cover, and buddy system collaboration with other PAs.

Skills and qualities we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a PA, EA, or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Professional, approachable, discrete, and confident with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Advantageous: experience working within architecture, property or construction.
