Sales Team Administrator

Leading Investment and Wealth Management company are looking for a great Administrator to join their growing team. Role has come about due to promotion and will offer someone a great long term career in a fabulous, collaborative environment.

Role will suit someone with a couple of years’ administration/team assistant experience with the confidence to handle a wide range of tasks, often under pressure and for a range of stakeholders

Duties will include:

  • Work closely with the sales support teams and other key stakeholders to provide administrative support in alignment with core processes and procedures.
  • Handle internal and external events, ensure they run smoothly
  • Act as the initial escalation point for wealth and asset management enquiries by monitoring shared email inboxes.
  • Manage travel and hotel bookings
  • Collate and  send sales presentation materials
  • Manage CRM requirements including the provision of invite and attendee lists
  • Using Salesforce  to manage data updates, reporting and support colleagues with requests and issues.
  • Work with key stakeholders to provide administrative support for the planning and execution of sales visits, client presentations and larger sales/marketing campaigns
  • Produce CPD certificates for event attendees Assist with ad hoc requests to support the sales strategy including organising staff/team events and minute taking.  
  • You will have:
  • 2 year’s previous administration experience and demonstrate an interest in working in the financial sector.
  • Good GCSE grades  in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent) Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an intermediate level.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Calm under pressure and able to take a flexible approach to tasks and prioritisation of workload.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally Ideally a knowledge of regulatory environment
  • Can work independently but enjoys being in a team environment.
