Salary: £55k + bonus and bens

PA to Legal team–  1: 3 support – 5 days in the office – Mayfair

A leading Venture Capital Business based in Central London is looking to appoint an experienced and truly passionate Team PA to support a focussed and collaborative Legal team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years + experience working within a professional service business, ideally financial services/PE/VC in a similar 1:3 PA capacity. You will enjoy a largely office-based culture with some flexibility on occasion to work from home.

They are looking for a Team PA who must be confident, professional with a high EQ, able to represent the business and will be excited by the brand and really make a difference.

They want someone who is strong on document production, takes pride in the work they produce and is passionate about the presentation of their work. Someone will really thrive in this role if you are keen to learn the business and gain an understanding of what they do.

Key PA duties:

  • Extensive, precise diary management that moves at pace
  • Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
  • Production and formatting of documents and proof reading
  • Stakeholder management internally and externally
  • Coordination of all travel, domestic and international
  • Management of expenses
  • Undertaking ad hoc personal errands (to a lesser degree)
  • Maintain contacts database
  • Preparing documents for board meetings, VC’s and calls

Key skills and experience

  • Good PA experience gained in small financial services businesses ideally.
  • Work autonomously, managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary.
  • Strong education credentials- A-level educated or equivalent
  • Experience of formatting/producing documents to a high standard and proof reading- excellent attention to detail!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the appropriate level of discretion.
