The Process:
Discuss your requirements
Call us, we love a chat! Send the job description over and then we can discuss the role in detail, the nuances, the financials, the scope and any unwritten information and requirements. We can then work out how we will work together to reach a successful conclusion.
The search begins
As a team, we will start the sourcing process, interviewing, and screening the best talent to help fulfil the desired role. We will also advertise the role on a range of job boards and LinkedIn to ensure we reach a wide and relevant target audience.
The selection
Our shortlist of candidates is then presented with a brief synopsis outlining their suitability. At this point, our consultation skills come into play in order to determine which candidates to take through. Once decisions have been made, we will then arrange the interviews, brief the candidates and work closely with you through the various interview processes.
The more information we gain from you, the employer, the more successful the process will be, feedback is essential – even the bad stuff!
The offer and beyond
Hopefully it won’t be long before an offer is made, we will guide you through the financials and mediate on behalf of both parties, acting with the same level of integrity and professionalism.
Once your chosen candidate has accepted, we ensure they have received relevant paperwork and keep in touch through to start date and beyond.
