Executive Assistant / Search Coordinator – Boutique Executive Search Firm
Location: Central London, hybrid working
A prestigious boutique executive search firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/ Search Coordinator to join their close-knit London team. This is a high-profile role supporting senior Partners and working on complex mandates across various industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 10-15 live search mandates simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages
- Coordinate interviews, client updates, and candidate communications with professionalism
- Produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports – exceptional proofing and formatting skills required
- Act as a trusted liaison for Partners, clients, and candidates, maintaining discretion and polish
About You:
- Previous experience in executive search preferred
- Exceptional written communication and document production skills
- Proactive, calm, and collaborative, thriving in a boutique, high-performing environment
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within executive search industry
