A renowned Health and Life Sciences Consultancy in Central London is seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their MD in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, collaborative, and social team where no two days are the same. Ideal for an experienced EA from health and life sciences, pharma, healthcare, or another professional client-facing industry looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex and constantly changing diaries with precision
• Arrange client meetings and support business development activities
• Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and day-to-day scheduling
• Prepare and proofread presentations, pitch documents, and client materials
• Organise business events and international travel arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and systems
• Support the coordination and delivery of client projects
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3+ years’ EA experience within a client-facing environment (health and life sciences preferred)
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
